Associate Product Manager: Women's Specific Design Specialist
Drive sales with a concentration on the women’s line of products including bikes and cycling apparel.
Collaborate in the merchandising strategy with the Marketing Team.
Study market trends, competitors and the competition (benchmarking), including target prices, and disclose this information to the buying managers. Stay abreast of new technologies (technological watch) and new trends that can improve and maximize sales.
Participate in the selection of new products to determine the line of products to be purchased, working in collaboration with the buyers.
Prepare and deliver presentations at monthly meetings about women’s specific products and sales training.
Perform other duties as requested.
1-3 years experience in sales, marketing, administration, retail, design or related field preferred.
Must have a positive attitude and great customer service skills.
Must appreciate performing in a changing and multitasking environment.
Must possess excellent team work abilities.
Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated, and phenomenal written and spoken communication skills.
Graphic and/or web design skills are a plus but not required.
